Return & Exchange Basics

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Boogie Boards (due to size/shipping constraints)
    • SharkBanz (for hygiene reasons)
    • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons unless defective)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
